Program Overview

The Master is a novelty in the panorama of university masters at national level and has a double general objective: on the one hand to prepare professionals able to intervene in the communities be they territorial, values, institutional starting from a psychological approach in able to grasp the needs of individuals, groups and institutions and to co-construct a bottom-up change process with all the players in the field, in response to the emerged needs, on the other hand to prepare professionals who know how to read, manage and accompany a work group in these types of interventions.
