Kaunas University of TechnologyResearchers in the field of transport and related departmental authorities identify the increasing negative impact of the transport system on humans and environment as a strategically central issue. MSc of Vehicle Engineering provides new knowledge and competences to meet the challenges, in particular, in terms of introduction of a methodology for development of green vehicles equipped with hybrid powertrains or running on alternative fuels and exploration of scientific engineering solutions for improved performance of the power trains.
University Bachelor (a minimum of a 3 years) degree certificate and its supplement (legalised by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated into English and notary verified); Minimum average grade (CGPA) > 60 % in each entry subject; Research activities, articles are not required but gives higher entry score. Entry score is calculated where the weight in % of each entry subject is as follows: 70% CGPA, 20% Research activities, articles, if any (portfolio for Architecture), 10% Motivation (skype interview), Proficiency in English: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 85, CEFR C1, or equivalent, motivation letter followed by skype interview, Digital photo, Notary verified copy of passport or ID (for the EU citizens only).
