Program Overview

The Business Law Master's at the Zuidas teaches you what it really is about in the commercial legal practice. Academic teachers give in-depth education about the theory and the law in action is contagiously demonstrated by practical teachers from the large law firms at the Zuidas. The emphasis is on corporate law and financial law, but also contract law and property law are discussed. In education, the function of law is always central: what is the background of the rules, which interests play a role in the drafting of these rules and what is the consequence of their application
