ICT developments, especially with regard to the internet, raise new legal questions almost every day. Current legal issues therefore play an important role in this specialization. Internet law is a discipline that crosses all existing legal areas. Intellectual property law plays an important role in this. This is the reason why this specialization focuses on internet , intellectual property and ICT . In this specialization you learn to look critically at existing regulations, case law and literature, often outside existing frameworks ( out of the box ).

A Bachelor s degree from an accredited research university including at least three full years of academic study amounting to a minimum of 180 EC or equivalent, Curriculum Vitae, 2 Letters of recommendation, Letter of Motivation, Diploma(s), Transcript of records, IELTS: 6.5, TOEFL internet-based test: 92, Cambridge Advanced English (CAE): grade A, B or C, Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): grade A, B or C, State Examination Dutch as a second language, programme II (NT2-II), VU-NT2 Department, CNaVT Certificate.
