This major is offered to those students that are willing to gain knowledge of strategy development of the company, as well as of the company in distress. The major s aim is to teach managerial skills appropriate to restructure companies and to lead them to the growth path of their effectiveness. A student gains understanding how the strategic analysis might be used to restructure a company and to avoid the risk of its bankruptcy. An alumnus is provided with the detailed knowledge of bankruptcy law regulations, restructuring law and current changes in the code of commercial companies, as well as public aid issues.
