Program Overview

The study programme is in the field of Psychology. The masters programme trains specialists in psychology according to the competencies profile of psychologists, as defined in European and national reference documents of the profession. The study period is of 2 years. Graduates of Bachelors programmes such as Pedagogy, Social assistance, Sociology etc. are accepted. The programme develops intervention competencies for organisations, from algorithmic solution implementation to autonomous intervention in new, complex or deteriorated situations. It also aims at developing consulting and counselling competencies for the organisational area, for human resources management, optimisation of professional adaptation and promoting well-being at work.
