"The master's program: ""Automation of the design of micro- and nanoelectronic devices for radio engineering systems"" was opened by TUSUR on the basis of the Department of Radio Electronics and Communication Systems for the first time in Russia due to the high demand for specialists in the labor market. The relevance of the master's program is due to the transition of Russian enterprises of the radio-electronic industry to a new element base - monolithic integrated circuits of the microwave range and systems-on-a-chip based on heterostructural nanoelectronics. This makes it possible to create qualitatively new radio engineering systems and complexes for various applications."
