The aim of the program is to train masters who have the skills of research, design, investment activities in the creation of river, sea (port and shelf), water transport and energy facilities (hydroelectric facilities, oil and gas transport terminals and platforms, hydroelectric power plants, wind farms, solar power plants, energy complexes based on RES), including those created in the difficult natural and climatic conditions of the Arctic.
