Program Overview

"Modern neurobiology studies the functions of the brain at different levels: from molecules to cognitive processes, and also allows you to measure the physiological parameters of living cells in the course of their life. During the master's program ""Neurosciences (Biology)"" students will receive fundamental knowledge in molecular neurophysiology, electrophysiology and neuropharmacology, neurooncology and neurogenesis, as well as master modern methods of studying the processes that occur in brain tissues. They will master the principles of molecular diagnostics and modeling of brain diseases, and will also be able to study the mechanisms of their occurrence and treatment. Undergraduates master the program under the guidance of teachers from the Institute of Living Systems of the IKBFU. I. Kant, as well as leading experts from the universities of Bristol, Warwick, London and Sussex (UK) . The master's program in neuroscience is designed for bachelor's degree graduates in the areas of biology, physics, and chemistry."
