The program provides knowledge and skills in the development and manufacturing of components and materials for optic electronics and nanophotonics. The curriculum includes the development of zero-energy houses, focuses on research in space photovoltaics, creation of light emitting diodes, sun batteries and nuclear particle detectors, and proposes new solutions in the field of energy conversion. Our graduates become scientific researchers, or continue their R&D advancement as post-graduate students. They work on innovation products in the power sector at the leading Russian or international companies engaged in R&D.
