"The disciplines of the program ""Micro - and nanoelectronic systems"" enable students to acquire all the competencies necessary for the creation, diagnosis and application of modern and promising materials and devices for micro - and nanoelectronics. The disciplines are primarily focused on the consideration of physical processes and phenomena occurring in nanoscale layers and particles, and the application of these phenomena to create a new generation of microelectronics and nanoelectronics devices that operate on the basis of new principles and have significantly improved characteristics. Master's students receive knowledge that allows them to develop complex-functional newest microelectronic system"
