"Master 's program ""SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGIES AND SOCIETY"" (STS) is a unique educational program of the Department of Philosophy , affecting both purely applied and broader - socio-political, social and philosophical - aspects of the mutual influence between scientific and technological development and social progress. Students will learn to comprehensively assess the relationship between science, technology and society, analyze political, social and cultural contexts and the consequences of the transfer of new technologies. Graduates will receive fundamental and applied knowledge for successful participation in projects for the development of science and technology in the public space as researchers, analysts, experts, consultants and administrators."
