Strategy building is the foundation of any company. In the environment of fast changing external realities, it requires both project development and process management, monitoring and control towards their implementation. This Master's program is unique in Russia training economists in the development and implementation of national, regional and corporate strategies. During the course students participate in rea life projects and have the opportunity to receive the second diploma, MBA at the Strategic Research Center, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Our graduates become project leaders putting in place industrial strategies at various levels thus contributing to the formation of both national and global economic agendas.
