Program Overview

Each graduate of this master's program will be able to successfully apply the acquired knowledge and practical skills in the field of urban planning and construction activities on the territory of municipalities, give the correct technical, economic and legal assessment of the situation at the construction site, conduct appropriate urban planning expertise, based on the legislative and legal acts, as well as to develop an information (BIM) model of the object. Knowledge of the basics of planning and functional zoning of urban areas, prospects and directions of development, will allow a specialist to correctly classify urban lands, actively participate in the process of economic and territorial development of the city
