Program Overview

Under the guidance and supervision of an occupational social worker, students undertake their practical requirements at their work organisations over a two year period. Students learn to effectively intervene on an advanced level of practice through implementing micro, meso and macro interventions. Group tutorials and workshops provide the students with the opportunity to learn and practice their skills in a safe and developmental environment. At the end of the two year period students are required to submit portfolios of evidence.
