The International Management Program (IMP) emphasizes the ways in which private corporations conduct their international business in various political, economic, cultural and social environments. In particular, students are required to have a basic understanding in related fields such as international trade and finance, international security, development cooperation, area studies or Korean studies. While in the program, students develop an understanding of how economic and business factors interact in shaping the management environment.

A master's degree from an accredited college or university (or expected to receive a master's degree before the semester starts), 48 credits, A minimum GPA of 3.00 or above, Completion of the Field of Concentration: Choose two (2) fields of your program and take five (5) courses from each field, Two years (i.e. four semesters) of resident enrollment, Completion of requirements within 14 semesters, Completion of the Comprehensive Examination, Completion of a Doctoral Dissertation and Oral Defense, Article publication in a journal which is recognized as a top rated journal by the Korea Research Foundation or any equivalent journal, Official Transcript, Two letters of recommendation, Study Plan, TOEFL IBT 71, TOEIC 750, TEPS 600, IELTS 5.5
