Program Overview

Yonsei University Graduate School of Law has been accredited by the Ministry of Education on September 4, 1993 with the aim of fostering qualified professionals with expertise in legal and technical aspects of intellectual property rights as the importance of intellectual property rights has increased both domestically and internationally It was opened on February 26, 1994. It acquires the basic concepts and principles of business administration which is the foundation of business management in the modern society and provides high level knowledge through balanced education of business law, civil law, labor law and various management related laws. We aim to cultivate talented people who will lead a new era based on an integrated understanding of management, policy and law by providing a systematic understanding of relevant laws and policies as well as a wide range of perspectives on management judgment and policy making.

A bachelor's degree, 48 credits or 42 credits plus Master's thesis , A minimum GPA of 3.00 or above, Completion of the GSIS Core Courses, At least two years (i.e. four semesters) of full-time enrollment, Completion of all requirements within 8 semesters, Personal Statement & Study Plan ,Official Transcript, Two letters of recommendation, TOEFL IBT 71, TOEIC 750, TEPS 600, IELTS 5.5, Minimum two years of work experience, Satisfactory GMAT or GRE score, Official academic transcripts from each college/university attended, Graduation certificates, One (1) copy of Essay , Two Recommendation Letters
