Yonsei University Graduate School of Law has been accredited by the Ministry of Education on September 4, 1993 with the aim of fostering qualified professionals with expertise in legal and technical aspects of intellectual property rights as the importance of intellectual property rights has increased both domestically and internationally It was opened on February 26, 1994. It provides systematic and comprehensive lectures on general theories of intellectual property law, new issues raised by the recent information and communication revolution, and new intellectual property rights such as advanced industrial property rights, information property rights, and industrial rights. We aim to cultivate talented people who can effectively deal with increasing international intellectual property disputes.
A bachelor's degree, 48 credits or 42 credits plus Master's thesis , A minimum GPA of 3.00 or above, Completion of the GSIS Core Courses, At least two years (i.e. four semesters) of full-time enrollment, Completion of all requirements within 8 semesters, Personal Statement & Study Plan ,Official Transcript, Two letters of recommendation, TOEFL IBT 71, TOEIC 750, TEPS 600, IELTS 5.5, Minimum two years of work experience, Satisfactory GMAT or GRE score, Official academic transcripts from each college/university attended, Graduation certificates, One (1) copy of Essay , Two Recommendation Letters
