Public economics is a study of the economic activities of the government sector, mainly dealing with finance and fiscal policy. In the capitalist system, which is the most efficient, the market function can monopolize resources and reduce production efficiency, and the wealth and income can be concentrated on a part, creating a poor people. In addition, conflicts of interest between individuals and the public may cause the nation's economy to deviate from its orbit. Public economics is a discipline that has a practical purpose of promoting public welfare by complementing deficiencies of this capitalist system.
