Program Overview

The master's degree in Legal Practice is designed to provide specialized training for legal experts who wish to focus their careers on practice as lawyers. It therefore covers the prerequisites for legal practice established by Law 34/2006 of 30 October on access to the professions of lawyer and solicitor and the corresponding regulations set out by Royal Decree 775/2011 of 3 June. Accordingly, the programme is taught through the UB Faculty of Law and the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).

Candidates must hold an EHEA bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate degree in law, or an equivalent university bachelor's degree that is proof of competence in the legal field. Test Score: IELTS, TOEFL.
