The Master s Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations is offered to international and Swedish students and provides knowledge about working life and especially work within Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM). The Master s Programme has an international approach, addresses both international and Swedish students and is offered jointly by the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Sociology and Work Science.

Additional Information & Requirements

Bachelor's degree of 180 credits is required in either of the three following areas: Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, Social Sciences or Business Administration, Proficiency in English: English 6 (IELTS-6.5 (no section below 5.5),TOEFL PBT-4.5 in the written test with an overall score 575, TOEFL iBT score of 20 in the written test with an overall score of 90,Cambridge English Certificate in Advanced English, Person PTE Academic-62 (writing 61))/English B from Swedish Upper Secondary School or the equivalent level of an internationally recognized test, Bachelors degree or equivalent in the form of final and official diploma and transcripts,selection criteria is based upon three groups and a Letter of Intent/CV
