This programme is directed to you who already have a Bachelors degree in a specific subject area and who are interested in a career as a manager in your future working life. Upon completion of the programme you will be able to deal with complex management problems and understand the conditions of management in your specific field of expertise. You will also be able to reflect on your own role as a leader as well as demonstrate an ability to assess social and ethical consequences of managerial decisions.

Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen) from an internationally recognized university, Proficiency in English: English 6 (IELTS-6.5 (no section below 5.5),TOEFL PBT-4.5 in the written test with an overall score 575, TOEFL iBT score of 20 in the written test with an overall score of 90,Cambridge English Certificate in Advanced English, Person PTE Academic-62 (writing 61))/English B from Swedish Upper Secondary School or the equivalent level of an internationally recognized test, Bachelors degree or equivalent in the form of final and official diploma and transcripts, GMAT test result of 350 or higher,GRE General Test results are translated to an equivalent GMAT score, a minimum of 30 credits of courses in subject areas related to Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management and/or Labour Relations, minimum of 15 credits in Statistics, or 7.5 credits in Statistics and 7.5 credits in quantitative methods and/or Mathematics
