Program Overview

The master programme with specialization in German Literature is a two-year programme with focus on German literary studies. The programme aims at giving the students a deeper knowledge of German literature and developing their skills in academic writing in German. The students will learn to use advanced theories and methods for the exploration of literary texts, both in terms of form and in terms of their relation to history, politics and ethics.

Should have Degree of Bachelor of Arts, with a major in German Literature or equivalent. Swedish Upper Secondary School course English B/English 6 or equivalent, A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, corresponding to at least 180 credits ,Certified copy of your complete list of grades, English langyage skills: IELTS score of 6.5 and no section below 5.5, TOEFL iBT: Total score of 90 with minimum score of 20 in written test, Michigan English Language Assessment Battery-Minimum score of 90, Pearson Test of English-Score of 62 (writing 61), University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (Cambridge ESOL), copy of the page in your passport with your personal data and photograph, or a similar identification document
