Program Overview

The program in Environmental Science focusing on Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry will give you knowledge about sources, release, emissions, transport, fate, uptake, effects, and regulatory aspects of chemical contaminants. You will start by learning about the global challenges in the world. Then follows courses in contaminant modeling, toxicology, risk assessment and field sampling. During the second year, you can broaden your knowledge or go more in depth into chemistry. Finally you do a Master s thesis of at least 30 credits.

Should have Bachelor s degree in the Natural Sciences, Swedish upper secondary course English B/6 or equivalent, A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, corresponding to at least 180 credits ,Certified copy of your complete list of grades, English langyage skills: IELTS score of 6.5 and no section below 5.5, TOEFL iBT: Total score of 90 with minimum score of 20 in written test, Michigan English Language Assessment Battery-Minimum score of 90, Pearson Test of English-Score of 62 (writing 61), University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (Cambridge ESOL), copy of the page in your passport with your personal data and photograph, or a similar identification document
