Program Overview

The programme teaches the skills to describe, analyse and explain population development in its various aspects. Courses in the so-called demography block of 22.5 credits are compulsory as is a course of 7.5 credits in the field in which the 15-credits thesis with demographic implications is to be written (e.g. sociological demography, statistical demography).

Additional Information & Requirements

Should have Bachelors Degree in Economic History, Economics, Human Geography, Sociology, Statistics or equivalent. Swedish Upper Secondary School course English B/English 6 or equivalent, A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, corresponding to at least 180 credits ,Certified copy of your complete list of grades, English langyage skills: IELTS score of 6.5 and no section below 5.5, TOEFL iBT: Total score of 90 with minimum score of 20 in written test, Michigan English Language Assessment Battery-Minimum score of 90, Pearson Test of English-Score of 62 (writing 61), University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations (Cambridge ESOL), copy of the page in your passport with your personal data and photograph, or a similar identification document
