The Department of Teaching and Research covers eleven groups of communication and signal processing, control, computer, power, nanoelectronics, radio waves, optoelectronics, medical engineering, integrated circuits and systems, electronic design automation, data science and smart networks. As one of the most complete departments in the world of electrical, electronic and information related departments, the students have the opportunity to have extensive exposure to all areas of the motor.

According to the research field, it is divided into three groups: the integrated circuit and system group, the nanoelectronic group and the electronic design automation group. In addition to the traditional teaching mode, the course can also participate in cross-disciplinary integration research projects, or cooperate with enterprises in order to obtain the research results of industry-university integration, and further enhance the research level and international status of China's electronic technology.
