Program Overview

The teaching is based on Taiwanese literature and extends to Taiwanese culture and language. It is currently the best Taiwanese literature research institute in China. The development direction and key points are as follows: (1) Deepening and developing the research on the subjectivity and locality of Taiwanese literature (2) Paying attention to the relationship between Taiwanese literature/culture/history/social interaction, as well as cross-border movement, cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural Thoughts and Research Methods (3) Promote international exchanges, focus on dialogue between Taiwan and East Asia, world literature and related research, and focus on the interaction between East Asia, world literature and Taiwan literature.
