Program Overview

The National Taiwan University Institute of Public Affairs was formerly a master's program of the Public Administration Group of the Department of Political Science at National Taiwan University. The Department of Political Science of National Taiwan University established the Master's Program of the Institute of Political Science in the Republic of China in 1974. In the Republic of China in 77 years, the Master's Program was divided into three groups: the Public Administration Group, the Political Theory Group and the International Relations Group for enrollment and teaching. On August 1, 103, in order to cope with the development of the academic field of public affairs, the Master's Program of the Public Administration Group of the Department of Political Science of National Taiwan University was transformed into the Institute of Public Affairs of the National Taiwan University and affiliated to the Academy of Social Sciences.
