Program Overview

Depatment of Agricultural Economics has maintaining its workings in the body of Faculty of Agriculture since the year of 1933 when high education started in Turkey.Since then, Academic staff's contributions to the world of science and technics has continuing by pursuiting of the recent subject areas.Ankara Univesity Agricultural Economics Department has led to establishing of ukurova, Uluda and 19 May s Universities's Departments of Agricultural Economics. Department of Agricultural Economics continues education and training applications at a level of post graduate degree.It supports all works of public institutions and private sector enterprises including the micro and macro issues such as agricultural production economy, policy and development.Before 1983, it had provided training and education in the body of Faculty of Agriculture Post Graduate School.Since then, it has been within the structure of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences.

Must have a bachelor's degree, %50 of ALES degree, %20 of undergraduate grade-point average, %30 of the written exam , at least 65 average degree.
