Program Overview

The Real Estate Development Department was founded on 2 February 2007 and following the institution of the necessary physical space and infrastructure facilities for graduate and postgraduate education and research, students were enrolled in the thesis and non-thesis graduate programs for the first time in September 2007. Opening of combined masters and doctoral programs and stand-alone PhD programs in the Department was accepted by the Higher Education Board on 31 March 2008 and the first intake of students to the doctoral program took place in the September 2008 period

Must have a bachelor's degree, %50 of ALES degree, %20 of undergraduate grade-point average, %30 of the written exam , at least 65 average degree.
