Computer Education and Instructional Technology Masters Program is a two-year program with thesis handled by the Institute of Educational Sciences. Opened in 13 June 2001, the program had its first graduates in 2004. Meeting the requirement of human resource qualified in the field of instructional technologies and distance education; training academic personnel for the undergraduate programs of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department opened by The Council of Higher Education; training specialist in the fields of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies for the public or private sector and making research and publications for the scientific development of this field could be ranked among the main purposes of graduate program .

Graduation certificate or Photocopy of Diploma, Transcript with GPA, ALES (true copy or approved photocopy), At least 60pts in ALES, The copies not approved more than 3 years, 600pts in GRE or 550pts in GMAT, Those who do not have YDS Result or do not have an equivalent point in YDS can apply, TOMER certificate (70pts and over) for foreigners-The bank document of payment, High School Certificates /Diplomas-a GCE A Level: Provided that the average grade is C in minimum; at least 3 A-Level; or 2 A-Level and 1 AS-Level scores from relevant subjects, International Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 33, with one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, French Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 14 in the stream relevant to the program applied, ABITUR -A maximum score of 2, one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, Pishdanesgahi-A minimum score of 18, Foreign Language Points: TOEFL(IBT) 163 (Comp.based), TOEFL(CBT) 68 (Internet based), IELTS-5, CPE-C, UDS-60, KPDS-60, YDS-60
