Program Overview

The Master of Science with Thesis program which aim to educate engineers, who design, implement and improve systems in various specialization fields of Electrical and Electronics Engineering such as telecommunications, signal and image processing, control systems, microcomputers and digital systems, power electronics, microelectronics and VLSI design. Labs for research in the department include the communication systems, power electronics, control systems, digital and basic electronics labs. The target in the graduate program with thesis is; to teach the student, how to make research, analyze and synthesize information and realize technological systems.

Additional Information & Requirements

Succeed at least 7 courses, qualify at the seminar and must prepare a MSc thesis (120 ECTS credits). The normal duration of this program is two years, the maximum duration is three years, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
