Program Overview

The graduate program in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department was initiated in 1976. Currently, there are about 250 students in the graduate program. Students can choose one of the following areas to specialize in: Communication Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Electromagnetics and Microwave Techniques, Control Systems, Computers and Computer Networks, Microelectronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Machines and Power Systems. Students take courses in their areas of interest and work on their theses under the supervision of a faculty member.

B.S. degree in one of the areas determined by the Department, Graduation certificate or Photocopy of Diploma, Transcript with GPA, ALES (true copy or approved photocopy), At least 60pts in ALES, The copies not approved more than 3 years, 600pts in GRE or 550pts in GMAT, Those who do not have YDS Result or do not have an equivalent point in YDS can apply, TOMER certificate (70pts and over) for foreigners-The bank document of payment, High School Certificates /Diplomas-a GCE A Level: Provided that the average grade is C in minimum; at least 3 A-Level; or 2 A-Level and 1 AS-Level scores from relevant subjects, International Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 33, with one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, French Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 14 in the stream relevant to the program applied, ABITUR -A maximum score of 2, one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, Pishdanesgahi-A minimum score of 18, Foreign Language Points: TOEFL(IBT) 163 (Comp.based), TOEFL(CBT) 68 (Internet based), IELTS-5, CPE-C, UDS-60, KPDS-60, YDS-60
