Program Overview

The Department of Industrial Engineering at Hacettepe University was established in 2004. The Department serves in its own building, having 4 floors and an effective area of 900 m2. The Master Program in Industrial Engineering has been active since the spring semester of 2012-2013 Academic Year. The medium of instruction of the Master Program is Turkish. The first two semesters of the Master Program are composed of compulsory and elective courses, whereas the last two semesters are allocated to the Special Topics (Master's Thesis).

An undergraduate degree from the departments approved by the Administration Board of the Institute of Science, Graduation certificate or Photocopy of Diploma, Transcript with GPA, ALES (true copy or approved photocopy), At least 60pts in ALES, The copies not approved more than 3 years, 600pts in GRE or 550pts in GMAT, Those who do not have YDS Result or do not have an equivalent point in YDS can apply, TOMER certificate (70pts and over) for foreigners-The bank document of payment, High School Certificates /Diplomas-a GCE A Level: Provided that the average grade is C in minimum; at least 3 A-Level; or 2 A-Level and 1 AS-Level scores from relevant subjects, International Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 33, with one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, French Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 14 in the stream relevant to the program applied, ABITUR -A maximum score of 2, one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, Pishdanesgahi-A minimum score of 18, Foreign Language Points: TOEFL(IBT) 163 (Comp.based), TOEFL(CBT) 68 (Internet based), IELTS-5, CPE-C, UDS-60, KPDS-60, YDS-60
