Program Overview

Our university was established in accordance with the 12th article of the Law No. 3837 dated 1992; At the meeting of the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education on February 25, 1993, it was decided that the Institute of Social Sciences should be put into operation as of the 1993-1994 academic year. Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Master's program with Thesis started education in the 2016-2017 academic year by taking students for the first time.

Additional Information & Requirements

ALES score 50%, undergraduate GPA 20%, interview exam results 20% and at least 40 foreign language scores 10% are taken into account. In order for the candidate to be considered successful, the sum of these four points must be at least 65, Original High School Diploma, Official high school transcripts and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, Diploma Equivalency Certificate, Original Transcript and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, Original Certificate of Exam Results, Certificate of Proficiency in Turkish, Approved photocopy of the passport and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, certified copy of the residence permit for study purposes, opy of a blue card or a certificate of citizenship for applicants applying for a blue card, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Resume, Copy of valid Passport, Photographs, Financial Proof
