The aim of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program is; In addition to the basic goal of raising qualified and well-equipped Gastronomers who will examine developments in gastronomy, develop new systems, carry out applications that will shed light on the future, and represent Turkey with the graduate education received with this knowledge, under the guidance of its understanding of continuous development, its scientific and applied research approach; To contribute to the scientific knowledge in this field by organizing conferences, seminars and panels that will inform the society about gastronomy and culinary arts in our country.
