Program Overview

Managers and executive candidates under the program will be able to develop social capital by meeting experienced faculty members at graduate studies and experts who have proven their success in the business world. The program mainly covers the fields of organization, management, strategy and organizational behavior. In addition to the compulsory courses, the program has a wide selection of elective courses. Thus managers from different areas o will be able to receive appropriate training regarding to their current work area. In addition to the courses, participants will Complete a term project in line with their election. As part of the term project, participants will conduct a detailed study on a subject which is compatible with their own business line and will report this work within the framework of academic writing principles and scientific methods. Lastly, participants will attend the modular case study week, covering all of the business functions, at each of the universities we have contracted abroad with.Participants will have the opportunity to compare and compile the information they have gained in the program, from the perspective of foreign experts and academics.

Additional Information & Requirements

Successfully Completed all course loadings (at least grade C must be taken in order to be successful), they must have a GPA of at least 2.50 out of 4.00 and a Minimum of 120 ECTS credits, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
