Program Overview

Chemistry department is one of the five departments related to Faculty of Science in Hacettepe University Beytepe campus. The department was founded in 1964 as a related department of Ankara University Medicine and Health Sciencie faculties. The same year, chemistry and chemistry engineering programs were started together. With the foundation of Hacettepe University in 1967, chemistry department took its place in Science and Engineering faculty.

Graduation certificate or Photocopy of Diploma, Transcript with GPA, ALES (true copy or approved photocopy), At least 60pts in ALES, The copies not approved more than 3 years, 600pts in GRE or 550pts in GMAT, Those who do not have YDS Result or do not have an equivalent point in YDS can apply, TOMER certificate (70pts and over) for foreigners-The bank document of payment, High School Certificates /Diplomas-a GCE A Level: Provided that the average grade is C in minimum; at least 3 A-Level; or 2 A-Level and 1 AS-Level scores from relevant subjects, International Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 33, with one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, French Baccalaureate-A minimum score of 14 in the stream relevant to the program applied, ABITUR -A maximum score of 2, one of the subjects being relevant to the program applied, Pishdanesgahi-A minimum score of 18, Foreign Language Points: TOEFL(IBT) 163 (Comp.based), TOEFL(CBT) 68 (Internet based), IELTS-5, CPE-C, UDS-60, KPDS-60, YDS-60
