With the master's degree program to be established within itself, will train experts at a level that will give guidance to Turkish foreign policy and these people will actively participate on behalf of Turkey at international meetings. Maritime disputes which Turkey has an active role are adressed at scientific meetings held with the participation of international experts. The defense of foreign policy in accordance with Turkish maritime policies at these meetings also necessitates technical knowledge in both the sea and maritime law and policies. Therefore, experts who will be trained through the master's program that will contribute to the development of Turkish seas policy and therefore Turkish foreign policy.
