Program Overview

Bal kesir University Geography Program was established in 1999. In the 1999-2000 academic year, students started to receive graduate education. The first graduates were awarded in 2003. 6 professors, 2 assistant professors and 9 research assistants work full time in the department. There are Physical Geography Laboratory and Geographical Information Systems Laboratory and Geography Department Seminar Room in the department. There is also a departmental library in the seminar room.

Master's degree Academic Personnel and Undergraduate & Education Entrance exam 55 points, English Proficiency Master's grade point average of at least 75/100. Successful in the interview exam, Original High School Diploma, Official high school transcripts and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, Diploma Equivalency Certificate, Original Transcript and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, Original Certificate of Exam Results, Certificate of Proficiency in Turkish, Approved photocopy of the passport and Turkish Translation of it approved by the notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives, certified copy of the residence permit for study purposes, opy of a blue card or a certificate of citizenship for applicants applying for a blue card, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Resume, Copy of valid Passport, Photographs, Financial Proof
