Program Overview

Language of education of the Master Program in Foreign Language Teaching is Turkish. However, due to its being a sub-field of Linguistics, it is highly significant for the students to have a command of at least one foreign language, both in terms of having a distinct sensitivity for the language system in general and being able to follow the studies in the field. Having a Bachelor's degree in the field is not a prerequisite for the application. Yet, Scientific Preparation is a must for the candidates with a different major.
