The main purpose of Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology is to provide students with an academic / scientific climate in which they are able to acquire the advanced knowledge on clinical psychology, learn to think critically, build the necessary skills to plan and conduct independent scientific research, be able to apply their professional knowledge in accordance with ethical standards, be conscious of their responsibilities towards themselves and their community, and turn into individuals with high levels of self-esteem, self-awareness and effective communication skills.

Additional Information & Requirements

students need to accomplish at leat 183 ECTS (33 ECTS must and 20 ECTS elective courses, additionally 10 ECTS of seminar, 15 ECTS of Clinical Practice, 60 ECTS of Psychotherapy Supervision and 45 ECTS Thesis). The thesis must be based on an original research, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
