MSc Psychology with Thesis

Additional Information & Requirements

In order to be able to graduate from Master of Arts in Psychology (with thesis) Clinical Psychology Track, students need to accomplish 45 ECTS of theoretic, 9 ECTS of seminar, 15 ECTS of Clinical Practice, 6 ECTS of Psychotherapy Supervision, in addition to a master s thesis based on an original research. Students who are interested in the application of EFPA (European Federation of Psychology Associations) to get a EuroPSY Diploma need to accomplish Psychotherapy Supervision I (30 ECTS) and Psychotherapy Supervision II (30 ECTS) courses, as well. In order to be able to graduate from one of other tracks of Master of Arts in Psychology (with thesis), students need to accomplish 12 ECTS of must courses, 54 ECTS of elective courses, in addition to 9 ECTS of seminar and 45 ECTS of thesis courses. Elective courses might be chosen from the lists of different tracks with the approval of advisors, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total.
