The main purpose of Master of Arts in Social Psychology is to provide students with an academic / scientific climate in which they are able to acquire advanced knowledge on social psychology, think critically, build the necessary skills to plan and conduct independent scientific research, apply their professional knowledge in accordance with ethical standards, be conscious of their responsibilities towards themselves and their community, and turn into individuals with high levels of self-esteem, self-awareness and effective communication skills.

Additional Information & Requirements

In order to be able to graduate from Master of Arts in Social Psychology (with thesis), students need to accomplish a minumum of 126 ECTS of courses (23 ECTS is must and 48 ECTS is elective, in addition to 10 ECTS of seminar and 45 ECTS of thesis courses. Elective courses might be chosen from related lists with the approval of advisors, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
