A good Bachelors degree from a recognised university, Applicants may have a first degree in an associated subject, for example, a BA (Hons) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Nutrition, IELTS of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each language skill, PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ Trinity or TOEFL iBT qualifications (taken outside the UK only), A copy of your degree certificate, A copy of your academic transcripts, One or two letters of reference, Criminal Records Check
