The MSc Real Estate is a conversion programme for graduates from other academic disciplines and is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The programme will provide you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the real estate profession and will prepare you for the challenge of completing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor.

A 2.1 undergraduate honours degree (or international equivalent) in a non-Real Estate subject. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to a career in real estate, preferably with some work experience.Candidates with 2.2 degrees will be actively considered - evidencing strong final year performance and/or relevant professional experience.IELTS score of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in all components.
