This is a unique and progressive course in that it is specifically aimed at students interested in management careers related to land, property and the built and natural environments. We are one of the longest established Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)-accredited centres in the world and our aim is to develop graduates with integrative skills for managing diverse objectives, interdisciplinary topics and teams of professionals.
A good honours degree or equivalent in any discipline. Business Studies, Social Sciences, Humanities and Liberal Arts, Geography, Economics or Law are examples, but any applicant with demonstrable commitment to, enthusiasm for or experience in the field with a good standard of literacy will also be considered, Test scores: IELTS score of 6.0 with no element less than 5.5.
