Social workers work closely with other organisations to support and protect children and adults from harm, and to effect personal and social change. Social work education at the University of Chester is provided in collaboration with the Cheshire and Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership. The teaching partnership comprises of four universities, eight local authorities, two community NHS trusts and one voluntary sector organisation.
2:1 (or above) honours degree in any subject., Grade C/4 in GSCE Maths and English Language. We will also consider nationally recognised equivalent qualifications for both Maths and English Language., IT competence., A satisfactory occupational health check, IELTS: 7.0(no less than 6.5 in any band).
