Social workers work closely with other organisations to support and protect children and adults from harm, and to effect personal and social change. Studying Social Work at the University of Chester will offer you an opportunity to develop the skills needed to perform as a social work practitioner in today s challenging and unpredictable landscape. Social work education at the University of Chester is provided in collaboration with the Cheshire and Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership. The teaching partnership comprises of four universities, eight local authorities, two community NHS trusts and one voluntary sector organisation.
