Minimum Academic Requirement: To be considered for entry, a UK honors degree with a 2:2 classification (or its equivalent) in any subject area is required. Non-standard entry is encouraged, particularly for individuals with CIPD certification and those holding an unclassified degree/HND qualifications (or equivalent) with relevant experience. Advanced entry is also taken into consideration, allowing credit recognition for modules previously completed at the postgraduate level from either CIPD or a CIPD-accredited institution. English Language Requirement: An Academic IELTS score of 6.0 (or an equivalent qualification) is necessary, with no individual element scoring below 5.5.
