Leadership and Strategy

Strategy and the Global Context (15 credits) links HR practice directly to international business strategy.
Capstone Project (Dissertation)
The program culminates in the Human Resource Management Dissertation (60 credits), where you conduct independent research on a global HR issue, applying theory and practice to deliver evidence-based solutions.
